To our way of thinking there’s nothing worse than having you wait for whatever information you desire!

At DK there are also firm process(es) in place that all departments are required to follow to ensure the whole engine runs efficiently —because where there’s lag, there’s cost! From the initial customer contact, to the design phase, facilitating and to prototyping, our tried and true procedures have been developed over decades of experience. The client is not paying us to learn on ‘their’ job. We also have tracking in place to keep an eye on all containers traveling around the world, making sure your orders are on time. If for some unforeseen reason they’re not, you will be notified immediately and whatever contingency plans can be executed, will be! We hold ourselves accountable and communicate clearly, for your peace of mind.
